Terms of service
Last updated 29 August 2026. Straightforward terms for a monthly subscription service.
1. Agreement
By creating a Buzzweave account you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
Buzzweave answers calls to numbers you connect, captures leads, books appointments, sends confirmations and provides a dashboard with transcripts and reporting. Voice functionality is provided by Buzzweave and requires an active subscription.
3. Trial, plans and billing
The 14-day trial is free and requires no card. Paid plans are Starter ($99/month, 600 AI minutes) and Pro ($199/month, 2,000 AI minutes), billed monthly in advance. Overage is billed at $0.19/minute on Starter and $0.15/minute on Pro. Taxes may apply.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at any time from Billing; service continues to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months. If the service materially fails and we cannot fix it, contact us and we will make it right.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information your receptionist relays (services, pricing ranges, availability, policies), for lawful call recording and consent disclosures in your jurisdiction, for complying with SMS and telemarketing rules for messages you configure, and for keeping account credentials secure.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Buzzweave for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or high-volume unsolicited outbound calling or messaging, to impersonate another business, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
7. AI limitations
The receptionist is an automated system. It can misunderstand a caller or state something inconsistent with your intent. Review transcripts and keep escalation rules current for emergencies. The service is not for medical, legal or emergency dispatch decisions.
8. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability for answering. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Third-party carrier and voice-provider outages are outside our control, and we publish incident updates when they occur.
9. Data
You own your account and call data. We process it to provide the service as described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business opportunities.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
